The Role

Working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, the Account Executive role will be empowered to prospect, forecast, plan, and sell the Apploi platform to organizations within the post-acute care industry. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, this role will help us deepen our relationships and reach within skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations. Territory is open!

Who You Are

  • You have 3 to 5 years of enterprise sales experience
  • You have a hunter mentality.
  • A proven track record of prospecting and closing deals to the C-suite
  • A passion for owning the entire end-to-end selling process
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape, Healthcare industry trends, and customer needs so you can effectively position Apploi solutions within prospective accounts
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
  • Experience selling SaaS/HCM to the healthcare industry (post-acute care industry) is a plus.
  • Proven experience of pulling together different business units to maximize on sales opportunities
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
  • Travel up to 25% of the time excites you

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities within large enterprise-level accounts within the long-term care space.
  • Utilize social selling and networking (personal and company) to make connections with contacts at target accounts
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations.
  • Perform outbound activities to build a revenue pipeline
  • Target key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in SFDC
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
